Limitations of the Report
While the Commission's report contains much important information, some significant government abuses are ignored by the report, and some of the report's recommendations are not commensurate with its findings.
Implementation Tracker
The Commission recommended more than twenty five actions to the Government of Bahrain as part of its report. Our implementation tracker evalutes the Government's implementation and compliance with the spirit of each recommendation.
The Bloodshed Continues
More than twenty five individuals have allegedly died as a result of police violence, improper use of tear gas, and restrictions on access to medical care since the government accepted the Commission's report on 23 November 2011.
